Communications Meeting, WDCA Property Owners Beach House 11/20/2022 & 11/21/2022
Day 1 – 11/20/2022
7 attendees (all from Morgan Place & one other) and MCHA Board Members;
Larry Schnider, Myron Tucker, Casey Brock, Maryalice Morro, Jeff Rubin and Rick DeForest.
Discussions Took Place Regarding:
» Test stations 2’x2’ metal plate
» Trench 4”-6” two ft deep
» Request for address of actual working rectifier
» Noise is not an issue
» Boats would only need to move 5-7 boats 5-7 days
» Will have temporary access to marina docks when ramp is disconnected for wall
coating
» Coating change
Questions Regarding:
» Can rectifiers be put inside any existing enclosures along docks
» Placing all rectifiers on common areas in Morgans Place (this was dwelled upon)
» Morgan Place locations in front yard and placement on / near driveways
» Asking each owner where rectifiers are to be located whether they prefer rectifiers
in front or rear of yard
Day 2 – 11/21/2022
5 attendees (Water Way Island and Morgan Place Homeowners in attendance) and MCHA Board Members;
Larry Schnider, Casey Brock, Myron Tucker, Rick DeForest, and Laurie Schueler (HOA Manager).
MCHA easement 40’ on south wall (Morgan Place/Morgan Cove/Marina Area) and 30’ on north wall Water Way Island. IOP Water easements 20’.
Discussions Took Place Regarding:
» Per Myron Tucker, MCHA Board Member, Jeff Rubin, told him that we needed to
redesign any spot where there are two rectifiers proposed on Waterway Island.
» Homeowner from 33 Waterway Island expressed concern on placement of rectifier
on her lot.
» The Board will consider redesign of rectifier locations based on owner concerns
» Consideration of relocating rectifiers inside enclosures at marina
» Rectifier size discussed; mockup of rectifier located on Waterway Island
