Project Update: 8/12/22

- A small drilling rig will be onsite Monday 8/15 by the bathhouse to drill 6 - 3.5 inch test holes. This will get more data on the soil type/composition down to 60 feet deep

- Water blasting, jet filter installation and test section painting is planned to begin mid-September (week of sept 12)

- SPC has provided a list of components and estimated required storage space to Laurie. We will store some of the equipment in the yacht Harbor parking lot, some behind the fence by the halfway house and some in the greenbelt area on waterway island. Laurie is working the details with Caleb.

- Southern Concrete will begin the 3 test sections on the concrete cap on Monday near A-dock, 34 waterway and the Harbor Corse T-Box by Morgan Place. Once we understand the condition of the steel I-beam underneath and the cause of the cap cracking we will get quotes from Southern Concrete and DeckCrafters of South Carolina (a concrete repair and coating company) to do the necessary repairs. This statement of work was not part of the current SCP work statement and will need to be paid for out of reserves. We have a quote from Southern Concrete to repair 250 linear feet (just the joints) for $106K

- SPC, Jay Adams (electrical contractor) and Johny Deden (electrical Design Engineer) will redline the current schematic to finalize rectifier and well locations. Rectifiers will be limited to no more than one in any yard, located on property lines as close as possible to the landscaping for hiding and placing wells at least 15' from the bulkhead.

- We have a quote for directional boring of $25/foot. Trent Tinder will use this to decide which properties should open trench versus directional bore and use the gray conduit that comes in large rolls to protect the underground wire. Directional boring will also reduce the landscaping disruption and replacement costs.

- F&G and H&J docks got estimates from Jay Adams to replace the aging and corroded electrical panels.
